My heart, broken in 2011 (dramatics aside, pangs and pains most definitely took up residence in my heart), has this day, August 25, 2015 been left in NC with my child. I wasn’t certain I would survive the jagged edges of grief these past few years; Now I wonder at embracing the jagged edges of joy for my child as I forge forward singularly.

Tuesday, December 17th, from early a.m. throughout the day, the Manor elevator will be decommissioned for service and repair. It is likely this will be a day-long event.

The Williams Woodland Park Holiday Home Tour will be held Saturday, December 7th, 5 to 9 pm and Sunday, December 8th, 1 to 5 pm.
Fairfield Manor is pleased to be participating in this popular Fort Wayne event again this year.

It is a beautiful Sunday morning at Fairfield Manor. The city is slow to rise. Quiet. The sun is shining, gently gleaming into our amazing abundance of windows and French doors. The morning dew is reflected in the trees and grass, lush green and vibrant. Birds are chattering, cicada chirps fade as they settle in for their nap, and a gentle cool breeze drifts into our spaces. It is a lovely day.

The delivery team failed us today, but the new machines are now rescheduled for delivery and installation this coming Saturday. Cheers!
